It is comprising two main areas:
the ELCD Data System, with the Commission's 'European Reference Life Cycle Data System' (ELCD) of Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) data sets and (in future) also recommended impact factors. (The first ELCD core database has been uploaded on 14 February, replacing the Beta-Version.)
