European Commission Legal Action Over UK Planning

The European Commission has announced it is taking legal action against the UK for not fully complying with a European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruling on planning. 
A second written warning has been sent to the UK for failing to comply with the courtís ruling to amend the law on environmental impact assessments for development
