This post will assist in developing and extending modelling work in the field of environmental decision support. It forms part of a knowledge transfer theme
within the SAGES SFC Research Pooling initiative (www.sages.ac.uk). SAGES brings together scientists in nine universities in a large-scale collaborative
research programme to understand and predict the interactions between climate change, the Earth system and human activity. This is an excellent opportunity to carry out research in an area with major potential for development and growth. You should have a background in a numerical
science discipline and experience in computer modelling/programming. Experience in developing environmental decision and/or policy support tools is
