NICOLE Process for Considering Proposals to the
EU-FP7 Call: FP7-ENV-2007-1
On 22 December 2006 the FP7 EU Call for Proposals - theme
Environment - was launched. The deadline for submission of proposals is 2nd May 2007.
Link: http://cordis.europa.eu/fp7/dc/index.cfm ...

Maybe you started already with the preparations of a proposal. In case
you are looking for project partners, you could try the find some via the on
line partner brokerage service provided by EUGRIS - www.eugris.info. For
more information on how to do this visit:
http://www.eugris.info/DisplayNewsItem ...

If you would prefer to start looking for partners 'within NICOLE' , then
you are welcome to forward the NICOLE Secretariat (marjan.euser@tno.nl)
and NICOLE Information Manager (paul@r3environmental.co.uk) any
questions/requests you may have. We will collect all requests for partners
and forward them twice each month. Please let us know if you want us to
forward your message to all members or to one of the NICOLE-subgroups,
whatever you would prefer.

If you wish to ask for an official NICOLE 'letter of endorsement' ('NICOLE
supports this proposal') to attach to your proposal, then you need to send
a one page summary of your proposal to the NICOLE Secretariat
(marjan.euser@tno.nl) indicating:

- short description of proposal

- project participants

- budget

- deliverables

- benefits for NICOLE

Requests for supporting letters need to be sent to the NICOLE Secretariat
before 1 March. The NICOLE Industry Subgroup, Service Providers
Subgroup and Steering Group will decide in the course of March for which
proposals letters of endorsement will be written. Project initiators will be
informed of the outcome of this process in the first week of April.

NICOLE wishes you success with writing your proposal.
